Produced by Nicolas Joly, considered the father of biodynamic viticulture, he was the pioneer and forerunner of this movement, which many other cult winemakers and winegrowers have joined over the years.

Clos de la Coulee de Serrant is a Monopole; Nicolas Joly is the sole owner of this 7-hectare vineyard planted by Cistercian monks in 1130.

1979 is one of the first vintages produced by Nicolas Joly. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, these wines have incredible aging potential.

Vintages as old as 1979 are difficult to find on the market.

The bottle is in very good condition, with the wine level 3 cm below the cork.
