Bodega Finca Míllara is an artisanal winery located in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra region in Pantón (Lugo), Spain. The estate sits along the dramatic, steep slopes of the Miño River, practicing what is known as "viticultura heroica" (heroic viticulture) due to the labour-intensive hand-harvesting required on its hand-built stone terraces. The winery rejuvenated an abandoned hamlet to build a viable project that produces highly regarded, mineral-rich wines—primarily focusing on the native Mencía red grape and Godello white grape.
