Brandy produced in Jerez by Bodegas Sánchez Romate, internationally renowned for its Cardenal Mendoza brand.


Non Plus Ultra is a limited edition created to commemorate the founding of the winery in 1781. Forty casks of the classic Cardenal Mendoza brandy were set aside in 1970 and bottled as Non Plus Ultra in 1981. It is considered one of the finest Spanish brandies and is highly sought after due to its limited production and rarity.
