The La Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri winery is located in Laguardia (Rioja Alavesa). It was purchased in 1967 by Jaime Rodríguez. The first wine released to the market in 1971 was considered the first modern single-estate Rioja wine. Since its beginnings, Remelluri has stood out for the high quality of its wines, vintage after vintage. In 2009, Telmo Rodríguez took over the management of the winery.

In 1985, La Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri produced a limited series of Gran Reserva wines, selecting the oldest vineyards on the estate.

The bottle is in excellent condition, with the fill level at the base of the neck. It has been stored in a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

Old bottles of Remelluri Gran Reserva are difficult to find due to the wine’s great popularity during that period.
