Bodegas Tomás Postigo is a family-owned winery founded in 2008 by winemaker Tomás Postigo. Located in the municipality of Peñafiel, Tomás Postigo has more than 40 harvests of experience in the region. Previously, he co-led and helped establish iconic wine projects such as Pago de Carraovejas.

This family winery produces approximately 150,000 bottles annually.

For the aging of its wines, the winery uses Spanish Quercus Pyrenaica oak, commonly known as Rebollo.

Rebollo 2016 was aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
