Founded in 1864 by Eloy Lecanda and managed by the Álvarez family since 1982, Vega Sicilia is Spain's most emblematic winery and undoubtedly one of the finest in the world. Since 1915, Único and Valbuena have been cult wines among enthusiasts of great wines. Today, Tempos Vega Sicilia is the parent company that manages the group's wineries, which, in addition to the original estate, include four other wineries: Alión, Pintia, Macán, and Tokaj-Oremus.

Valbuena 5th Year undergoes a total ageing period of five years in barrels and bottle. It is aged in 225-liter American and French oak barrels. Fermentation takes place in large wooden vats.

Bottle in perfect preservation condition. The bottle comes from a collection stored in a temperature-controlled wine cellar.
