Founded in 1864 by Eloy Lecanda and, since 1982, managed by the Álvarez family, Vega Sicilia is Spain's most iconic winery and undoubtedly one of the finest in the world. Since 1915, Único and Valbuena have been cult wines among enthusiasts of great wines. Today, Tempos Vega Sicilia is the parent company that manages the group's wineries, which, in addition to the original estate, include four others: Alión, Pintia, Macán, and Tokaj-Oremus.

Vega Sicilia Único 1973 underwent 10 years of ageing in oak barrels and bottle before being released to the market.

The label is in very poor condition, but we can guarantee that it is from the 1973 vintage. The fill level is acceptable considering the wine's age. The liquid level is between the lower neck and the upper shoulder.
