La Rioja Alta S.A. is one of the oldest wineries in Rioja. Founded in the 19th century, specifically in 1890, it is among the most historic and prestigious names in the Spanish wine world. Its brands are synonymous with great quality. The winery has been a pioneer in the production of fine wines for more than 125 years. Among its range, the ‘Gran Reserva 904’ and ‘Gran Reserva 890’ stand out. Other notable brands from the winery include Viña Arana, Viña Ardanza and Viña Alberdi.

Viña Ardanza Reserva 1985 is made up of 75% Tempranillo from vines in various villages of Rioja Alta, 20% Garnacha from La Rioja Oriental, and 5% Mazuelo and Graciano from Rioja Alta. Aged for about 42 months in American oak.

The bottle is in good condition, the label is slightly stained, and the fill level is at the base of the neck.
