Waterford distillery was established recently, in 2015. Its founder, Mark Reiner, introduced the concept of ‘Terroir’ by working with different cereal producers from various parts of Ireland, applying organic and even biodynamic methods. The distillery closed in 2024. In 2026, Tennessee Distilling Group purchased the distillery with plans to reopen it.

This is a Germany- exclusive single malt released in collaboration with Kirsch Import. Limited to just 1,200 bottles. Cask Strength matured in a blend of Sauternes, virgin oak and bourbon cask.

Limited editions, with an emphasis on the concept of Terroir and traceability.
