Dominio de Pingus is one of the most prestigious, exclusive, and famous wineries in Spain and the world. Founded in 1995 by the renowned Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck, it is located in the municipality of Quintanilla de Onésimo (province of Valladolid) and produces its wines under the Ribera del Duero DO. Its main vineyards are located in the La Horra area and are notable for their old Tempranillo (Tinta Fina) vines cultivated biodynamically. For many years, Pingus was the most expensive Spanish wine on the market. Peter Sisseck pioneered the concept of "garage wine," characterized by extremely limited production.

Flor de Pingus is the winery's second wine and is a highly sought-after wine by wine lovers and collectors.
