Bodegas Rafael López de Heredia Viña Tondonia was founded in 1877 in Haro by Don Rafael López de Heredia. This historic winery embodies the purest classic tradition of the Rioja Designation of Origin. From its inception, it has been a family estate, currently managed by the fourth generation, represented by the three López Heredia Montoya siblings (María José, Mercedes, and Julio). Bodegas López de Heredia uses grapes grown in its own vineyard, acquired by the founder's great-grandfather. Faithful to tradition, they are committed to artisanal winemaking, fermenting in wooden vats, manual racking, and very long aging periods in barrel and bottle. López de Heredia crafts its own barrels by hand, being the only winery in Spain with its own cooperage. Its red, white, and even rosé wines are renowned for their extraordinary longevity. Without a doubt, López de Heredia wines are highly prized, sought after, and considered essential in the cellar of any wine enthusiast or professional.

It is a blend of 75% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacho and 10% Graciano and Mazuelo.

Bottles in very good condition with a level in the neck. Front labels slightly stained, one of the back labels damaged. Bottles kept in a cellar at a constant and controlled temperature.
