Domaine Emmanuel Rouget is one of the most important producers in Burgundy. Located in Flagey-Echezeaux. It is impossible to talk about Emmanuel Rouget without mentioning his uncle Henri Jayer, a legendary producer from Vosne Romanée. Emmanuel began working in Henri Jayer’s vineyards in 1976 and learned all the techniques and knowledge from his uncle. In 1996, Henri Jayer retired and transferred all the vineyards to his nephew Emmanuel, who to this day continues his legacy.

Echezeaux is a Grand Cru vineyard, the highest classification in Burgundy. 100% Pinot Noir.
