Domaine Emmanuel Rouget is one of the most important producers in Burgundy. Located in Flagey-Echezéaux. It is impossible to talk about Emmanuel Rouget without mentioning his uncle Henri Jayer, the legendary producer in Vosne Romanée. Emmanuel began working in Henri Jayer's vineyards in 1976 and learned all his uncle's techniques and knowledge. In 1996, Henri Jayer retired and transferred all the vineyards to his nephew Emmanuel, who continues his legacy to this day.
