Enate is one of the most emblematic and renowned wineries of the Somontano Denomination of Origin. Founded in 1991 and located in Salas Bajas (Huesca, Aragón), the winery is internationally recognized for its distinctive concept: the inseparable pairing of high-quality wine and contemporary art, operating simultaneously as a winery and a museum.

The clean Chardonnay must undergo alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. It is then aged on its fine lees in those same barrels for 7 months, with biweekly bâtonnage (lees stirring) to develop its creamy texture.
