Dominio de Pingus is one of the most prestigious, exclusive, and famous wineries in Spain and worldwide. It was founded in 1995 by the renowned Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck. Located in the municipality of Quintanilla de Onísimo (province of Valladolid), it produces its wines under the Ribera del Duero designation of origin (DO). Its main vineyards are in the La Horra area and are notable for hosting old Tempranillo (Tinta Fina) vines cultivated using biodynamic practices. For many years, Pingus has been the most expensive Spanish wine on the market. Peter Sisseck was a pioneer of the “garage wine” concept, characterized by extremely limited production.

Flor de Pingus is the winery's second wine and is highly sought after by wine lovers and collectors.
