Bodegas Montebaco is a prestigious family-owned winery located in the heart of Ribera del Duero, in the town of Valbuena de Duero, specifically in an area called Finca Alto, at an altitude of 900 meters. Founded in 1987 by Manuel Esteban, the winery is now run by the second generation.

Montebaco produces wines of exceptional quality with great aging potential. They own 50 hectares of vineyards in what is known as the Golden Mile of Ribera del Duero, where the most prestigious and cutting-edge wineries of the denomination are located, preserving tradition.

The bottle is in perfect preservation condition, with the wine level at the neck, practically just taken from the cellar.

Montebaco Vendimia Seleccionada is produced only in years of exceptional quality. Aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels. The 2010 vintage was bottled in 2014.
