Walsh Whiskey is a prominent independent Irish whiskey company famous for creating the award-winning premium brands Writers Tears and The Irishman. Founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh in County Carlow, the company focuses on recreating historic 19th ^- century styles of triple distilled Irish single malts and pot still blends.

Marsala Cask Finish is a limited edition whiskey, it is initially aged in traditional American oak bourbon barrels before undergoing an additional maturation period in hand-selected Sicilian Marsala hogshead wine cask sourced from the famous Florio winery.
