Founded in 1864 by Eloy Lecanda and managed since 1982 by the Álvarez family, Vega Sicilia is the most iconic winery in Spain and without doubt one of the best in the world. Since 1915, Único and Valbuena have been cult wines for enthusiasts of great wines. Today, Tempos Vega Sicilia is the name of the parent company managing the group’s wineries, which, in addition to the original, also include four others: Alión, Pintia, Macán and Tokaj-Oremus.

Valbuena 5th Year is aged in barrel and bottle for five years. Matured in 225-litre American and French oak. Fermentation in large vats.
