Waterford distillery was established recently, in 2015. Its founder, Mark Reiner, introduced the concept of ‘Terroir’ by working with different cereal producers from various parts of Ireland, applying organic and even biodynamic methods. The distillery closed in 2024. In 2026, Tennessee Distilling Group purchased the distillery with plans to reopen it.

Biodynamic Luna barley is 100% biodynamic grown by three visionary Irish farmers: Trevor Harris, John McDonell and Alan Mooney. Matured for just over 3 years in different cask barrels.

Limited editions, with an emphasis on the concept of Terroir and traceability.
